Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at ekremozturkmenn@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Reasonless / Change-of-Mind Returns: If an item (including items originally delivered by hand) is returned for a non-defective reason or simply due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping/delivery costs.

  • Condition-Based Refunds: Once the returned item is received, it will undergo an inspection. Refunds are processed based on the condition of the returned item. If the artwork or frame arrives damaged or shows signs of use, a partial refund or rejection may apply.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged items, please include clear photos of both the artwork and the packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized orders (e.g., custom sizes, specific framing requests, or commissioned works)

  • Sale items or gift cards

UK & EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being delivered within the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original, undamaged condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. Your refund approval and final amount will depend on the condition of the returned item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
